J is for Jumping Jacks

Not really, but sort of. I hate doing Jumping Jacks. They are absolutely my most hated exercise. I would happily do almost any other kind of activity over doing a single set of jumping jacks. But every now and then, I’ll suffer through a series of jumping jacks even though I despise them. Why?? Because they are good for me.

    no jumping jacks for me. things jiggle too much and feels uncomfortable. I could hurt myself too! I know this might sound crazy but I hate to drink water. i know its good for you and you need to stay hydrated. i just hate feeling full on water. I’ve got my kids on me all the time about it but I do try harder to drink more
