When Tali tries to recover from a recent break-up with a trip to Paris for some retail therapy, she discovers shopping isn’t the only way to cure her broken heart. On route, she meets new pilot, Gavin. Tali and Gavin have instant chemistry and friction as their personalities clash at 30,000 feet.

One night in bed isn’t enough to quell the fireworks between Tali and Gavin, and when tempers erupt, Tali’s ex-boyfriend is there to pick up the pieces. Too bad she’s finally realized what she really wants in life… and it isn’t her ex or the life her father has planned back home.

Now all Tali wants is the man who loved her enough to tell her what she didn’t want to hear, but can she win his heart back again on the trip home and find Love on Landing?

Long story short. My husband had a prize hunt set up for me. What I didn’t realize is at the end of the hunt was a small box. Inside the box was a ring I had lost five years prior. He found it in our closet. It was such a special ring that he had given me. I will make sure I don’t lose it again. Happy Valentine’s Day!

I wish I had a great Valentine’s Day story to tell but my hubby feels it is a commercial holiday created by the card and flower industry. BUT every year he does purchase me flowers and the cool thing is each year is different flowers…that is cool!

My favorite Valentine’s Day was junior year in high school by far. I got asked out by my crush. He showed up on my doorstep with a dozen roses and the cutest card ever (I still have it I believe!). We then went out for dinner at a really nice steakhouse. The evening ended with him asking me to prom! I have not had a better one since!:-)

Now, my favorite Valentines…I’d just gotten out of a bad marriage and was dating a really nice guy that I’d been talking to for a couple of months. Our first Valentine’s together he left a CD with the song Making Memories of Us by Keith Urban on my bathroom sink. The words really meant a lot. Kinda hit the nail on the head, so to speak. And he’s been true to those words ever since. We’ve been Married two and half blissful years now and I am so happy and lucky to have him in my life.

    Happy Valentine’s Day!

My most romantic Valentine’s day was the one that my husband cooked for me. He had the table set with the “good” china and made a simple meal of steak, baked potato and veggies. It wasn’t the meal; it was the fact that my husband did all this and had it ready when I came home from work.

I love these hops. What a great way to discover new authors/blogs and visit with old friends.
Thanks for being part of the hop and for the chance to win such a fantastic prize!

One of my fave Valentine’s memories has nothing to do with romance. One year in my mid 20’s, I was on bed rest due to blood clots. My sister came over with her 3 kids and we spent the day piled up on a pull out sofa, watching movies, and eating popcorn. That really helped to pass the time.

  38. Shoshanna Evers says:

On Valentine’s Day 2006, my now-husband proposed at a restaurant in L.A. He sort of proposed twice in the same night, because first he put the ring on the table and said, “I love you so much, will you marry me?” and of course I said yes. Then he said, “Oh sh*t, I forgot to get down on one knee! Hang on.” And he pushed his chair out of the way, got down on one knee, and slid the ring on my finger. *g*

We celebrate Valentine’s day on the 15th. It has become a competition between me and my hubby. With everything on sale, we see who can get the best deal on a gift (He knows I LOVE chocolates). The winner gets to choose the evening’s “entertainment.” I lose alot…*wink wink*.
